As a condition of using this website, you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of use.

When placing an order with Moothi Estate online or by telephone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the item/s are true and correct. It is a condition of any purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

All deliveries must be made to a person over the age of 18 and the delivery may not be completed if the receiver can’t provide proof of age if requested.

Moothi Estate may make changes to this website at any time, or to the products and services described within, at any time without notice. The products and services available on this website may, at times, be out of date and Moothi Estate makes no commitment to honour purchases or plans made for unavailable items. Should a purchase occur for an item no longer available, a full refund or credit will be applied.

NO ALCOHOL CAN BE SOLD OR SUPPLIED TO ANYONE UNDER 18. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.

1.
Moothi Estate will consider all bookings tentative unless a pre-authorised holding deposit is made. Credit card details can be entered at the time of booking online or, if booking over the phone, given directly to a staff member or entered via the link that will be sent in an email and/or text message.

Cancellations or major changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or cancellations within this period will be charged a $10 per person if booked for tastings only or $18 per person if booked for lunch. The no show fee will be charged if your group has not arrived within the 15-minute grace period. If major changes occur within the 24 hour period a portion of the holding deposit may be charged. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. Your holding deposit will be forfeit if you are refused service for any reason.

The 24 hour period is calculated from booking time if booking a tasting or lunch during Moothi's regular service. For events the 24 hour period will be calculated from the day the event is held.

3.
Guests will be given a 15-minute grace period if late for their booking. After this grace period your table may be used for other guests. Your confirmation email has the appropriate contacts to notify Moothi Estate if you will be late.

Your reservation length will depend on your choice of service. If you book for a tasting you are allocated 45 minutes at the table. If you book for lunch you are allocated 90 minutes. If you plan to have food at all, book for lunch. Note that if you book a tasting, Moothi Estate reserves right to refuse service of food.

We can never guarantee table locations, please include preferences in your booking notes to better your chances. We do not accept multiple bookings for the same party. Moothi Estate reserves the right to cancel double or back-to-back bookings not approved by management.

Although we do allow children to visit the venue, it is advised that we are a licensed venue and a working cellar door + vineyard. Children must be supervised at all times. Please include children in your booking. Children are the responsibility of their parent/guardians and are not to enter or play in our vineyards and must remain out of Restricted Areas. It is the responsibility of both the licensed venue owner or manager and the minor’s parents to prevent the consumption of alcohol by a minor. Any guests who cannot supply proof of age when asked will not be allowed to consume alcohol. Children and their guardians must follow advice and requests of staff to ensure everybody’s safety. If instructions are not followed, Moothi Estate reserves the right to ask to guests vacate the venue.

7.

Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises and their holding deposit will be forfeit. Police may be contacted if behaviour is excessive.

As a licensed venue we do not permit any external food or beverages.

A 10% surcharge applies to all public holiday bookings.

Moothi Estate does not allow any balloons or confetti onsite to preserve our environment from waste. Any decorations must be approved prior by management. Should additional excessive cleaning be required after your booking, you will be contacted, and you may incur a cleaning fee of up to $100 and will be processed via the clients’ credit card provided. Cleaning and damage include, but are not limited to, excessive glass breakage, graffiti, excessive litter, damage to interior and exterior structures and items of the venue.

Cakeage incurs a $3 per person fee.

Moothi Estate will not be held responsible for any loss of property or damage to personal belongings and strongly recommend that all gifts, cards, money etc. are secured and removed from the venue at the conclusion of your booking.

13.
Moothi Estate will not be held responsible for any personal injuries.

Cellar Door refund policy:

Retail products purchased from the cellar door will only be exchanged due to being deemed faulty by the Venue Manager.

Proof of purchase is required and must be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
