Returns 

Upon purchasing wine from Moothi Estate, we can happily make adjustments or refunds to your order prior to shipping. Please contact the cellar door directly via phone 02 6372 2925 or email cellardoor@moothiestate.com.au

If your wine has been dispatched, any exchanges and refunds can be made once the wine is returned to Moothi Estate. All return and subsequent shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. 

If the error is the fault of Moothi Estate (i.e. wrong wine was packed, a breakage occurs or package is incorrectly labelled) then we will cover all return and subsequent shipping costs and rectify the error as quickly as possible. Wine deemed to be faulty will be replaced upon return of purchase and the shipping costs will be reimbursed by Moothi Estate upon proof of cost. No refunds will be issued for changes of mind or wine that is not deemed to be faulty.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order at checkout is correct including all contact and shipping details. 

Shipping

Moothi Estate currently ships to AUSTRALIA ONLY.

Please note that shipping is calculated by weight and location. Weight is automatically calculated at checkout however the customer is responsible for selecting the correct location option. Incorrect selection may result in the order being delayed.

Shipping may take up to fourteen (14) business days from dispatch, depending on location. Dispatch will occur on the Wennesday following the placement of the order. If dispatch is delayed, Moothi Estate will make best efforts to notify you in advance. You will be notified of the dispatch date, method of shipment and where possible, tracking details. Once delivery has been confirmed, Moothi Estate take no responsibility for any loss, damage or deterioration of goods.

Clear and correct delivery details are to be entered upon checkout and Moothi Estate take no responsibility for undelivered, misdirected or delayed packages if shipping labels match the details entered.
